Guidelines on Moratorium:

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced regulatory measures to mitigate the burden of debt servicing brought about by disruptions because of COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the continuity of viable businesses. As a finance partner, we stand by our customers during these testing times. In accordance with RBI measures, Credit fair is willing to offer moratorium to their customers as per the guidelines recommended by RBI.

All our customers who wish to avail moratorium offer on payment of installments must notify Credit Fair as soon as possible on

The repayment schedule for such loans as also the residual tenor will be shifted accordingly after the moratorium period Interest shall continue to accrue on the principal outstanding portion of the term loans during the moratorium period as per the terms laid out in the loan agreement document.

There is no moratorium on any dues prior to March 01, 2020.

If a customer has any overdue installments and/or other dues pertaining to the loan repayment prior to 1st March 2020, we request customers to kindly pay such overdue installments / another amount overdue immediately, to avoid normal penal charges and to avoid reporting to bureaus.

In case no communication is received from the customer requesting for the moratorium, the loan will continue as per the terms laid out in the original loan agreement.
