    Roles & Responsibilities
  • Working closely with business teams to support investors in terms of disbursements and transaction settlement.
  • Working closely with the higher management to achieve outcomes and company goals.
  • Doing reconciliations such as Bank reconciliation, system reconciliation, daily payment reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with IFAs to ensure that all necessary documentation is received and that any queries or disputes are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all commission payments and
  • reconciliations.
  • Ensuring that the commission payments to IFAs are accurate and timely.
  • Maintaining accuracy of data around investor payouts and return calculations 
  • Maintain good relationships with IFAs and ensure that the company's sales targets are met.
  • Onboarding new banks, payment methods, and payment gateways to expand the available options for users.
